COVID-19 CLOSURE UPDATE

Due to the latest updated and recommendations from CDC guidelins and restrictions from the State of Oregon, we have made the decision to close our office temporarily starting Monday March 23rd through Friday April 3rd.
At this point, we feel it is our social responsibility to lessen the spread of COVID-19 and make sure our patients can stay home and support their family, friends and loved ones.

If you have an appointment within that time period we will be reaching out to you to noitfy you and to reschedule.

Thank you in advance for you flexibility as we figure out our next steps.
We will be checking voice messages (503) 419-6220 and emails [email protected] daily.

If you have questions regarding your home program or are in significant pain, please reach out to use and we will work over the phone or video conference to get you back on track.
